GENERAL TERMS

Not first come first serve. If there is a deadline that you need, please let me know in advance. So I'll do it first, there are no additional rush fees.
Payment after I send the sketch or also after it's finished, please discuss it first.
Commission turnaround time varies, from one week to four weeks from the time I send the sketch. It also depends on the circumstances and my busy schedule. I usually do another commission at a time so please understand if I have no progress after a week of send you the sketches.
I have the right to decline your commission request if I'm uncomfortable with it.
For commissioners, please provide at least a visual reference of your character.
On your request, I will send you a sketch once I finish it, so please tell me of any changes then. Otherwise it would be very difficult for me to change anything drastically later on, and I probably won’t do it.
After a commission is finished, only minor changes are allowed to be made (ex. eye colour). All serious changes can be made only on the sketch stage.
Commission prices listed are for personal, non-commercial use. Please inform me first if you plan to use my art for commercial purposes. Except for emotes, panels and badges, they are at commercial prices.
You’re free to upload it anywhere you want. I appreciate if you give me a credit (Qhie).
If you want to cancel the commission before/after I send you the sketch because it is taking too long, please let me know first.
